Lucim authorizes Linear, Jira, and Slack through Nango Connect Sessions minted by the backend. The browser receives a short-lived session token, never a provider client secret.

Configure a provider

1

Provision the provider definition

An operator configures the provider app and minimum scopes in Nango. Shared quickstart applications are development-only.
2

Connect from the console

An owner or admin opens Integrations and completes provider authorization.
3

Wait for signed reconciliation

The browser success callback is not authoritative. Lucim marks the connection ready only after the signed Nango webhook is verified and reconciled.
4

Choose a destination target

Lucim fetches an allowlisted, normalized target catalog. The browser submits only stable target IDs.
5

Validate and enable the route

Route creation validates access against the current grant. Dispatch remains behind its independent deployment switch.

Minimum delivery access

Every outbound item includes all evidence_ids and a deterministic delivery marker. Provider retries search for that marker or use the provider’s idempotency mechanism before creating duplicate work.
